I don't remember what speed I was at I thin like 55-60mph. When you're going up hill you want to be in a lower gear so you have the power needed to climb unless you're already at speed when hitting the hill. It will run, but it will occasionally stall in stop and go traffic, and it just doesn't sound right. Currently the weather is warm, and I've found it running quite smoothly at 1100 rpm. hZTo5W.
